What is your turnaround time?

Typically, 72 hours but it depends on the quantity of the photos that need to be edited and what kind of edits need to be made. When I send you your quote, I will include the turnaround time and the start date. I have start dates for each project that I do so that I can dedicate the full amount of time to complete your project.

When is payment due?

Payment is due in full within 24 hours of the project start date.  

Do you offer payment plans?

Payment plans can be arranged for orders of $200 or more with 50% being due within 24 hours of the project start date.

How are edited images sent back to me?

Images will be sent to you via email, using Google Drive.

Do you require a contract to be signed?

Yes, I require a contract to be signed prior to the work being started. 

What is needed for the work to be started?

The information sheet must be completed, the contract must be signed and returned, and payment must be made within 24 hours of the agreed upon start date.

What forms of payment to you accept?

I accept PayPal and Venmo.

How do I get the images to you?

The edited high-resolution images can be sent to me through galleries or whatever way you feel is best to get them to me, please be sure to give me access (passwords or PINs.)
